Product Substitution

We are not a giant corporation but rather a friendly family owned business with loyal employees who are interested in filling your order the best we can. Your order will be filled exactly as ordered whenever possible. However, if a shortage of a certain item does necessitate a substitution, we reserve the right to substitute in which case we guarantee an equal or greater value.
