How Do We Ship the Perfect Package?

  1. Every Western's product is carefully packed in a container designed for it's contents.
  2. The products are surrounded by an insulating material that forms a protective barrier and ensures the optimal arrival temperature.
  3. The product is held at the perfect temperature to maintain freshness pior to shipping. Your personal message appears on the packing sheet next to the product.
  4. We do all of this to ensure delivery of the highest quality product possible. We pack all of our experience into every package!
  5. We make ordering easy for you. There are no charts to study or extra, hidden costs to add to ordinary shipments. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders delivered in the continental United States. On most orders your products will arrive in a FREE reusable Styrofoam cooler and are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service for delivery within 3 days of shipment if correct street address and phone number are provided. To expedite most orders, please provide a commercial location for the receiving party.

    Exceptions:

    1. Special delivery that is not included in our regular delivery.
    2. Extra charges apply to AK and HI. Sorry, no out-of-country deliveries.
    3. State tax is charged on shipments delivered within the State of Missouri.
